The naan is made fresh, they make all of their own delicious sauces... The level of genuine care taken with their food here is notable and rare in the landscape of prepackaged fast food. The owners and staff here clearly aren't just in it for the money - they take real pride in the food they offer, and it shows. In every dish, it shows. The flavors here are clean, and bright... Not too spicy, - unless you want it that way. The crispy samosa are made fresh, from scratch, not frozen and off the back of some Kraft truck. The sauces are too, and they are amazing. The meat -whichever you choose - is tender, flavorful, and never overcooked. Even the rice is subtly flavored to perfection.
